Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Obrigado Transports and any person (the "Client") booking a private chauffeur-driven transport service (VTC). Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service provider identification

Obrigado Transports, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,500, registered under SIREN 877 736 942 (SIRET 877 736 942 00021), with registered office at 14 rue Albert Einstein, 93200 Saint-Denis, France — represented by its President, Danito DA COSTA TAVARES. Intra-EU VAT number: FR47877736942.

Commercial service area: Paris and Île-de-France. Licensed private chauffeur transport service (VTC); the driver holds a professional licence issued by the French Driver Availability Registry (RDC).

Obrigado Transports is a private hire service: there is no physical premises open to the public. All bookings are made in advance.

3. Booking

Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Online bookings must be made at least 6 hours before the requested pick-up time. For shorter notice, the Client should contact Obrigado Transports directly by WhatsApp or phone; pick-up remains possible subject to driver availability.

The booking is confirmed by email and/or WhatsApp once payment is validated (see Article 5). The Client must provide accurate information: addresses, date and time, number of passengers, and flight number if applicable.

4. Pricing

Prices are fixed and announced before booking, based on the route and the chosen vehicle (Tesla, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes Van). The price shown at the time of booking is the final price due, with no meter and no surcharge for traffic, reasonable flight delays, or standard luggage.

Child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge upon request at booking.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely online via Stripe at the time of booking. The Client may choose to pay the full fare, or a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount.

When a 20% deposit has been paid, the remaining balance (80%) is settled directly with the driver at the end of the journey, by card or cash, unless otherwise agreed in writing at booking.

No additional amount will be requested beyond the announced fare, except where the Client requests a change to the route or service during the journey.

6. Booking changes

Any request to change time, address, vehicle, or number of passengers should be sent via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible. Changes are subject to driver availability and may result in a price adjustment if the new route differs from the original booking.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in a dedicated policy available at /en/remboursement, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Flight tracking and delays

When the Client provides a flight number at booking, the flight is tracked in real time. In case of delay, the pick-up time is automatically adjusted at no extra cost and without penalty, within a reasonable waiting period after actual landing.

If the flight is cancelled by the airline, the service may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge, upon simple notice from the Client as soon as known.

9. Cancellation or non-performance by the provider

If Obrigado Transports is unable to perform the booked service (breakdown, driver unavailability, force majeure), the Client is informed as soon as possible and all amounts paid are fully refunded without delay conditions.

10. Conduct on board and liability

The Client agrees to behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the Client (significant soiling, damage) may result in an additional charge upon presentation of supporting evidence.

Obrigado Transports accepts no liability for items left behind or damaged in the vehicle, except in case of proven driver negligence.

11. No right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law (Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services performed on a specific date or period. Applicable cancellation terms are those set out in Article 7 and the refund policy.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected at booking is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, available at /en/confidentialite.

13. Complaints

Any complaint can be sent to contact@transfert-aeroports-paris.com or via WhatsApp at +33 1 89 70 64 14. Obrigado Transports commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In case of unresolved dispute, the consumer Client may use a free consumer mediation service, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
